Cake in a Mug
4 Tablespoons Flour
4 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cocoa
1 Egg
3Tablespoons Milk
3 Tablespoons Oil (Canola or Vegetable)
A Pinch of Salt
Cooking Spray
1 Mug (a bit larger than a regular coffee mug)
Coat inside of mug with cooking spray. Mix flour, sugar, salt and cocoa. Stir in the egg. Pour in milk and oil and combine thoroughly. Pour mixture into mug if you mixed it in a separate bowl. Put in microwave for 3 minutes on maximum power (1,000 watts). Let it sit for five or so minutes to cool before taking the cake out of the mug. Or, you can just enjoy from the mug!
NOTES:
- Oil substitution- 1.5 Tablespoons Light Oil and 1.5 Tablespoons Applesauce.
- Make sure the mug is large enough! The top will come over the rim of the cup while cooking, but shouldn't stay there. It should go back down after the microwave shuts off.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and any other toppings you desire!
- ENJOY!!
Later.
